I’m a hands-on customer support and retention professional. I assist customers obtain value from our digital technologies at the earliest possible time. I engage with them coaching and training them, answering queries, resolving concerns and ensuring they have a smooth experience with our technologies. I also engage clients to understand how to maximize the product they have in my absence. My role focuses on building strong relationships, customer satisfaction and ongoing retention.
